Youth News and Events:

* Hannah Martin, Makindy Emogene, Ale and David Quinn attended a Refuel Conference for Youth Pastors, Workers, and volunteers April 30 & May 1, 2010.

 

Shanon Van Sluytman, Ryan Van Sluytman, Ian Van Sluytman, Makindy Emogene and Hanna Martin attended the NYI Convention in Lake Placid, on May 9th.

 

The Youth Sold snacks and raised $475.00 during the NMI Convention and District Assembly. The youth also helped with the nursery and during the lunch served to guest missionaries. Thanks, teens!

 

Youth Camp Will Be at Lake Placid on June 28th to July 2, 2010. Cost is $145.00 - the church will pay one half. Camp is a highlight of the summer for our youth.

 

NYI Conference Y.E.S. (Youth Equipped To Serve), will be June 21-25, 2010 at Trevecca. This is a week long conference for high school students who feel a call to ministry. Hannah Martin and Makindy Emogene are registered to attend. Michelle Martin will be working as a volunteer.

 

Youth V.B.S. Trip To Jamaica Has Been Cancelled - Due to the unrest in the country of Jamaica. An alternative trip is being planned with the same dates: July 5-July 13. Thanks to all who have supported the youth in their fund-raising.
